About Us

The team

Our expert team designs custom experimental and interactive theatre for your enjoyment.

Hallie Harris

Founder & Director

Hallie has been teaching improv to kids, old folks, and people in between since 2013. She was a member of her college improv team, The Collective, and a founding member of Project Seattle Street Theater, among others. She has studied improv and acting at institutions like UW Seattle, Jet City, The PIT, The American Conservatory Theater Studio, Washington Improv Theater (DC,) Second City, and The Groundlings. She was most recently seen onstage in Silver City in DitchSpeare, which she also created and directs, and in Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike.

Claudia Porcelli

Founding Ensemble Member

Subversive and energetic, Claudia is a multidisciplinary artist and a licensed hypnotherapist who cut her teeth in New York’s performance art and music scene. She also studied at the FIT in NYC, where she was a literal cobbler, making custom work of art footwear. She currently creates sensual leather goods and intoxicatingly mystical perfumes.

Peter Fishburn

Ensemble

Peter, “El Quemado Pescado,” is a retired Health Department employee and film buff turned theatre-holic. He’s been a producer on many beloved Indie NM film flicks and has been on stage as Lane in The Importance of Being Earnest and Sidney Bruhl in Deathtrap. Peter loves weekly improv where he gets to make his friends laugh and is not required to memorize lines, but he’d rather spend time with animals. Hence, he’s a regular volunteer at the End of the Road Horse Ranch. He also volunteers at the Commons, because he’s caring like that. Peter recently built his dream tiny home in the mountains.

Mary Barrett

Ensemble

Mary brings a wealth of adventure to the group. As a para-trooper rescue Family Nurse Practitioner in Alaska, she once wrestled a bear into using a tongue depressor.

Linda Bluestone

Ensemble

A retired nurse, Linda believes that laughter is medicine for the soul. She has been acting on stage since elementary school but was recently seen in Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike and Crossing Delancey, as well as many others at the WNMU FACT with Jack Ellis.

Jim Charleston

Ensemble

Jim is a professional actor with a passion for writing. He’s been acting out his whole life. Only recently have people been encouraging. Once said about beer, “If it doesn’t have a cigarette butt or a bee in it, I’ll drink it.” He currently serves as the Executive Director for Silver City Theatre.

Kris Isom

Ensemble

Kris has extensive experience in the storytelling community and has recently caught the theatre bug. She was recently seen on stage starring in Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike and was the Stage Manager for Eleemosynary.

Gregg Jarrette

Ensemble

Gregg is a retired police officer from Illinois who intended to live his retirement years in boredom and obscurity. Fate had a different idea, so he ended up working for the Department of Defense as a Civilian/Military advisor on overseas missions in war zones—-a cakewalk compared to the requirements of training for improv. Recently, he’s played in DitchSpeare—an annual Shakespeare monologue festival in the Big Ditch—as well as Sam Spade in SCCT’s recurring Sam Spade Radio Dramas, Jon in Marjorie Prime, but you can also see him on some Discovery Channel shows. If you want to hear his mean Frank Sinatra and Nina Simone impressions, check out his weekly karaoke sessions. Once he finds peace in his life again, he will resume his interests in hiking, guitar playing, singing, knife making and preparedness skills.

Wendy Spurgeon

Ensemble

Wendy began her professional acting career after attaining her BFA in acting from Southern Oregon University. She has worked with organizations such as Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Virus Theater, and was a founding member of Oregon Conservatory of Performing Arts and StageCoach Theatre School. In 2024, she founded TheActrix Studio, LLC, to provide youth and family actor training, as well as personal and professional development. Under TheActirx, she has produced The Vagina Monologues, a fundraiser for SASS, several youth drama camps, Frankenstein, and DitchSpeare.

Stephen Baird

Ensemble

Stephen cracks everyone up with his funny voices and mannerisms reminiscent of the late, great, Robin Williams. We’re pretty sure he wasn’t born in an egg, but you never know…

Christophe Maso

Ensemble

A former marine and current digital nomad, Christophe honed his acting skills throughout middle school, high school, and college. While in NYC, he studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Recently, he’s played in Crossing Delancey, The Importance of Being Earnest, and Clue at the Starlight Theater in Silver City. A poet and author of paranormal, gothic, and dark fantasy, Christophe’s debut novella, “Scream of the Butterfly” from D&T Publishing. is now available on Godless.com and Amazon. He’s the former fiction editor of The City Morgue Magazine, and a member of the Horror Authors Guild, Brooklyn Speculative Fiction Writers, the Denver Horror Collective, and Fiction Foundry.

Leah Klearman

Lights, Technical Director

If it weren’t for Leah, we’d all be in the dark. ‘Nuf said.

Ricky Herrin

Band Leader, Bass, Mandolin

Ricky persuaded the band to fly in from Vegas so he could spend the weekend with his girlfriend in Silver City, who happens to be performing in this show. He’s winning major points doing this, just so you know.

Tom “Hound Dog” Romanczik

Guitar, SFX, Too Many Instruments to Count

Tom is a good guy. Tom does things for people. Tom makes music. Tom is good at guitar. Tom makes the sounds go.

Chris Monroe

Drums, Keeper of Time

Chris just flew in from Vegas and boy are his arms tired.
